JUST ANOTHER NOTE FROM “INTO”

To all INTO Chapters, Sonny Gillespie sends greetings… (True Story!)

Time sure does fly, here we are well into (no pun intended) Fall and the many holidays of the Season are upon us… what with costumed kids out “Trick or Treating” for Halloween goodies, families preparing to gather for the traditional feasts of Thanksgiving and then all the many preparations for our celebrations of Christmas, Chanukah etc. What a hectic yet wonderful time of year this is for young and not so young alike.

For many of us these family events require travel and that means hooking up the old “toad” and hitting the road in our coaches. Of course this time of year often brings harsh weather and the resulting nasty/hazardous road conditions… so please drive with great CAUTION wherever your travels lead as well as on your return home.

Just a few reminders:

1. KEEP ON RECRUITING each and every chance you get. Remenber the incentive program “A DOZEN DOES IT”. Also check out the G.R.O.W. video on the FMCA website.

2. Don’t forget “Spring INTO Goshen” our annual INTO rally in Goshen, Indiana May 11-14, 2011. Think about your Chapter making it a “rally within a rally”. More on this to follow soon.

3. Remember… as one of Sonny’s INTO Vice Presidents I am here to assist you in your Chapter’s relationship with FMCA in any way possible. So please don’t hesitate to contact me if you think I can be of some assistance.

4. A special note… especially during this family time of the year, please remember to keep the men and women serving our nation around the world and at home in your thoughts and prayers. Remember too all of our nations Public Safety personnel as they serve to protect us here on the home front. May God bless them all.

Just another note from INTO

Well we are again at the end of the summer season and about to enter the fall season. With children heading back to school, football in the air, leaves beginning to turn and the weather cooling down, it is clear Fall is upon us and what a glorious time of the year it is.

Sonny Gillespie, National Vice President for the International Area (INTO) sends his greetings and hopes you had a safe and enjoyable summer.

By virtue of his national office Sonny, as you know is President of the International Area Organization (INTO) made up of 90 FMCA Chapters. To assist him in his responsibilities to these Chapters he has an elected Board of Directors consisting of a Senior Vice President and four Vice Presidents along with a Secretary and a Teraserver.

Sonny has asked each of his Vice Presidents to take a number of the INTO Chapters and serve as a personal representative/contact to them, thus this message.
